[Updates] GRAPHICS: gimp brushes

I added a bunch of new LJ user-icon border brushes
to the Gimp Resources section of the site:
http://www.katspace.org/graphics/resources/brushes/
(I also renamed them all to be "kerravonsen"... rather than
"kat" since "kat" is not unique)
